Job Description

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Administrator will play a key part in coordinating the planning activities of production, loading and dispatch to achieve production output, minimizing downtime and driving ongoing improvement while optimizing the manufacturing process for increased productivity.

Our clients range from private individuals to the most prestigious national building and construction companies.

Responsibilities

• Document control of production and quality paperwork
• Manage and update delivery program
• Loads, Saws, Kits, Gables, Floors, Internals, Trusses, Joists
• Prepare works orders for individual loads & factory processes
• Prepare manufacturing data/files
• Saw data & optimization
• Wall line files
• Internal Frame maker files
• Dispatching orders on Unitrade and ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
• Stock control over production consumables
• Enter production data into spreadsheets/database as required

Skills Profile

· Computer literate, competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Dependable with a Flexible approach to working.

· Enthusiastic & self-motivated and ability to motivate the team.

· Results driven whilst participating in a team environment.

· Strong communication skills (oral and written).

· Excellent attention to detail.

Pay: £28,400.00-£29,600.00 per year
