Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience. Duties

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provide attentive guest service, addressing any enquiries or special requests
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times during service
• Assist with food preparation and organisation in the front-of-house area as needed
• Handle payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service throughout your shift

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
• Experience with food preparation and basic culinary skills is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
• Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not essential
