La Gelatiera is currently looking for a Gelato/Ice Cream Server / Barista who can make a difference in a very fast paced environment.
Servers are the core team members of the La Gelatiera shops and are the ones who bring smiles to our customers’ faces. Servers greet our guests, scoop the best cups and cones of gelato, and create wonderful moments for all our customers.
If you have a can-do and team-oriented attitude and enjoy talking with new people we want you!
The suitable candidates will report and support the Shop Supervisor and Manager and should be able to sustain a fast pace and busy environment.

What You’ll Do (and more!)
- Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically
- Be an expert on current flavours and provide information and suggestions to customers
- Scoop gelato / Expertly make hot drinks
- Operate a EPOS
- Maintain cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables and counters)
- Restock supplies like cups, napkins, spoons, etc.
- Be a positive and supportive teammate always seeking ways to help others.
We mainly hire for attitude, a good work ethic as well as a passion for gelato!
