Are you an experienced Child Protection Lead who is looking to expand your experience outside of school and in innovative local authority?
Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity for a creative and flexible thinker with extensive knowledge and experience in education to be at the heart of the social work reforms. At Ealing Council, we are committed to restorative and relational practice with families who we encourage to lead assessments and plans. The reforms encourage building trusting relationships with schools and other partners.
The Educational Specialist in the Multi Agency Child Protection Team will work closely with colleagues to assess, make decisions and plans for children and their families who are in need of help, support and or protection.
