4 x Teaching position in Counselling / Psychotherapires job at Bishop Auckland Full Time

Bishop Auckland College is seeking to recruit to the following positions:

• 0.8 Lecturer Coordinator in Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies, 30 hours per week, permanent position

The successful candidate will hold a Doctorate in Counselling, Psychotherapy (or equivalent) and be willing to achieve a recognised teaching qualification within two years of appointment or hold a recognised teaching qualification and be currently undertaking a Doctorate in Counselling, Psychotherapy (or equivalent), with completion expected within two years of appointment.

• 0.8 Lecturer Coordinator in Counselling, 30 hours per week, permanent position

This position is to teach across our BA Honors Degree in Integrative Counselling Practice and our Level 3 Counselling qualifications, as required. The successful candidate will require at least a Level 7 in Counselling or equivalent and hold a Certificate in Education (or be willing to achieve within 2 years).

• 0.4 Lecturer Coordinator in Counselling, 15 hours per week, permanent position

The successful candidate will require at least Level 5 in Counselling or equivalent and hold a Certificate in Education (or be willing to achieve within 2 years).

Key information for the above positions:

Grade: harmonised pay scale points 23-35 (£28,571.40- £37,659.47 pro rata)

• Part Time Teacher in Counselling, temporary position, variable hours per week

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a Level 4 Counselling qualification and the ability to motivate and stimulate students to achieve their qualifications.

Key information for the above postion:

Grade: £26.24 per hour (unqualified), £27.81 per hour (qualified), (inclusive of bank holiday and holiday entitlement)
