Job Summary

This role is for a September start – please keep this in mind when applying.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate KS1/KS2 level Maths and English Tutors to join our educational team at our London tuition centres. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals through personalised, in-person instruction. You will work with children across KS1-KS2, delivering tailored lessons that foster both academic progress and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored English lessons with groups of 3-4 students
• Teach students at KS1/KS2 level aligning with the national curriculum
• Assess students every 4th week to evaluate and track student progress
• Create a supportive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Provide clear explanations, encourage student participation and answer questions effectively
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development
• Update feedback on our feedback app so parents are aware of their child’s progress

Requirements

• Must have achieved a minimum of grade 6 for Maths and English GCSEs
• Must have achieved a minimum grade C for at least two A-levels
• Ideal candidate would have previous tutoring or teaching experience
• Strong verbal , written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage, adapt and relate with students
