Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Oversee daily management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management tools to increase traffic and conversions.
• Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Create engaging content including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials through copywriting expertise.
• Manage visual content updates using Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality imagery across platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to website updates, promotions, and new product launches.
• Maintain organised records of campaign performance, sales data, and customer insights using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Collaborate with B2B partners on marketing initiatives and optimise B2B marketing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing to recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in management within an e-commerce environment or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, WordPress platform management, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience in social media management and email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
