We are currently expanding our Cardiff-based team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in a customer-facing sales role. This position involves representing well-known online service brands through residential face-to-face campaigns. No previous sales background is necessary, as full product and customer service training will be provided. We’re looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-moving environment.

Role Duties

Speak with customers in residential areas on behalf of partnered brands Build rapport and provide a professional customer experience

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services Respond confidently to questions and objections

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Work alongside a supportive sales team to reach performance goals

Attend daily coaching and development sessions Travel to the Cardiff office on working days What’s Included
