A professional services firm is seeking a Pitches & Pursuits Project Manager to join its Marketing & Business Development team on a 9-month fixed-term contract during a significant period of business transformation.

This role will focus on managing pitch and credentials content projects, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring high quality client facing materials are delivered across global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating updates to pitch and proposal materials across multiple stakeholders

• Supporting the development of compelling business messaging and content

• Managing project timelines, review meetings, and content workflows

• Quality checking presentations and marketing collateral

• Supporting live pitch opportunities with research, writing, and project coordination

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in project coordination or business development support

• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience working on pitches, proposals, or client-facing materials within a professional services environment.
