You will assist with maintaining compliance, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth running across a varied portfolio.
You will play an important role in supporting the block management team, helping to deliver a consistent and professional service to leaseholders while contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Block Management Administrator:
- Providing administrative support to the block management team
- Handling correspondence with leaseholders, contractors, and clients
- Assisting with service charge administration and documentation
- Maintaining accurate property and compliance records
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor appointments
- Supporting the team with general office and portfolio administration

- Previous experience in property management or administration preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of residential property management advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
