About the Role
Ola Prestige Care Services Ltd is looking for a reliable, calm, and compassionate Support Worker to assist a young adult within the community.
This role focuses on supporting outings, building confidence, and encouraging independence in a safe and structured way.
This is a consistent, ongoing role, ideal for someone looking for stable part-time hours.
Hours
- Monday to Wednesday
- 4 hours per day
- Total: 25 hours per week
- Ongoing position
Must be available for all 3 days consistently
Key Responsibilities
- Support with community outings and activities
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Provide calm, patient, and structured support
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times
- Build a positive and consistent routine
Requirements
- Patient, calm, and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to commit to all scheduled days
- Experience in support work or autism is desirable (not essential)
Pay: £14.21 per hour (inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay)
