The role

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and turning enquiries into confirmed projects. You’ll receive a basic salary plus commission, with real earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Handling incoming enquiries from new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Visiting potential customers to assess their requirements and discuss suitable solutions.
• Preparing and presenting clear, accurate quotations for landscaping and artificial grass projects.
• Following up leads and quotations to secure new business.
• Building strong relationships with customers from first contact through to project sign-off.
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover once a sale is secured.
• Keeping customer records up to date and accurately tracking leads, quotes, and sales progress.
• professionally representing the company at all times.

Requirements & skills

• Proven experience in field sales, construction sales, or home improvement (landscaping experience is a strong advantage but not essential).
• Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Well organised, with good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Basic IT skills (email, quotes, CRM or spreadsheets).
