We are a growing scaffolding company based in Worcestershire looking for a confident and organised Sales & Appointment Setter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, professional on the phone, and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

* Contacting potential customers and introducing our services
* Booking meetings and site visits for our sales team
* Following up leads and maintaining customer relationships
* Managing diaries and appointments
* Updating customer records and CRM systems
* Supporting business growth through proactive communication

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and people skills
* Confidence speaking on the phone and via email
* Previous sales, telesales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred
* Self-motivated and organised
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Experience in construction or scaffolding is helpful but not essential
