Roles and Responsibilities
Business Growth and Strategy
· Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential customer needs.
· Manage and prioritise leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
· Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales and Lead Generation
· Develop a sales pipeline and track progress towards business development goals.
· Qualify and prioritize leads, setting up meetings and presentations.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaboration and Reporting
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
· Monitor and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cables and telecoms industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
· Familiarity with CRM software.
· Analytical and research-oriented mindset.
· Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

Work Conditions
· Full-time position.

Pay: £58,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
