Job Summary
The Finance Officer oversees day-to-day financial operations and payroll administration. This includes processing salaries, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities.

Duties

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll records (salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime)
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, pensions, and statutory deductions
• Handle payroll queries from employees
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management

Financial Operations

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Monitor cash flow and expenses
• Manage accounts payable and receivable

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excel skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and confidentiality handling

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in finance or payroll roles
• Experience with invoicing

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
