We are seeking dedicated Agency Support Workers / Health Care Assistants to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in various care settings, including care homes and support environments. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
• Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including infection control procedures
• If applicable, utilise driving skills to transport clients safely to appointments or activities
• Contribute to creating a positive environment that promotes independence and dignity for all clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
• Driving licence is advantageous for roles involving client transportation
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication
• Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
