In addition, I have been responsible for identifying strategic capital expenditure (CapEx) opportunities that deliver long-term operational cost (OpEx) savings. I continuously assess existing IT expenditure, perform cost-benefit analysis, and recommend improvements that reduce costs while supporting business strategy and operational goals.

I have also played a key role in helping organisations achieve and maintain compliance standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials, ensuring continued business operations and strengthening customer confidence.

Using ITIL best practices, I have successfully optimised IT service delivery by reducing downtime, improving incident resolution times, and maintaining high levels of service availability. I have collaborated closely with both intra-departmental and cross-functional teams to streamline change management processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
