Job Description:
We are seeking an outstanding KS2 Teacher to join our team in the Littlehampton area of West Sussex. This critical, high-impact role requires an experienced professional to lead a large class from the Spring Term (Jan 2026) through to July 2026. If you excel at differentiated learning in dynamic, high-capacity environments, this is your chance to make an immediate, measurable impact.
Job Responsibility:
- Master a large cohort and showcase elite classroom management skills
- Secure fixed-term employment for two full terms (January – July 2026)
- Focus on Year 5 curriculum delivery and Year 6 readiness
- Start January 2026 and provide vital stability to the class
- Work in the desirable, coastal area of West Sussex
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Proven, recent KS2 experience, including managing large class sizes (30+)
- Full commitment and availability from January 2026 to July 2026
