Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated WMArchitect Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As WMArchitect Team Leader your primary focus will be to oversee the efficient manufacturing of company products, maintaining a high performing assembly line that is consistent with company standard operating procedures. You will work diligently to ensure that a team of WMArchitect operatives are compliant with health and safety standards at all times and maintain all relevant documentation in accordance with the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.

• You will ensure that the assembly of our single use fluid technology paths are being carried out in accordance with the manufacturing plan
• You will oversee the efficient assembling of WMArchitect products, maintaining product quality by carrying out regular work in progress reviews.
• You will address all faults or defects within WMArchitect product and equipment, escalating through the relevant channels when required.
• You will be responsible for organising, prioritising and distributing the daily workload within your team of WMArchitect Operatives.
• You will undertake the WMArchitect assembly line set up, operational supervision and line clearance activities.
• You will lead the training of the WMArchitect Operatives to ensure the development of a multiskilled and engaged team.

• You will maintain all relevant documentation to ensure you are complying with the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
• You will ensure you are complying with the ISO 14001 Environmental Standards.
• You will ensure compliance with all company health and safety rules and regulations at all times, including contributing to any company health and safety initiatives and activities.
• You will ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning operations within the cleanroom environment are carried out in accordance with company procedures to ensure we are BS EN ISO 14644 clean room compliant.
• You will liaise with other Manufacturing Team Leaders and Operators to ensure efficient flow of manufactured product.
• You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining all data required within production support software.
• You will be responsible for the management of sickness absence and annual leave requests across your team.
• You will lead the daily Level 1 Self-Directed Team board for WMArchitect.
• You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Skills/Experience:

• You will have demonstratable experience of working on an assembly line and following manual assembly techniques of plastic injection moulded products.
• You will have experience of leading a team of individuals to deliver a specific outcome aligned to a production plan, ideally within a medical/pharmaceutical environment.
• You will have awareness of the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
• You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise objectives and delivery across the team.
• You will be able to identify problems and implement the best solutions in a timely manner to ensure the efficient delivery of the service.
• You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure the accurate assembly of products and strict adherence to specifications.
• You will have effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and work productively to ensure you meet required deadlines.
• You will work effectively to lead the WMArchitect team and develop strong working relationships with all other areas of the business.
• You will be a competent IT user, capable of utilising IT tools such as Microsoft Office packages and production support software.
