Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Window Fitter to join our construction and repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of windows and doors, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install windows, doors, and conservatories accurately and efficiently.
- Take precise measurements to ensure correct fitting and sealing.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing window and door installations.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Window Fitter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different window and door systems (e.g., UPVC, aluminium, timber).
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
