Are you a passionate educator and trusted advisor (preferably Welsh speaking, but not essential) ready to make an impact on the wellbeing of children and young people across Wales? Stori is seeking an inspired and experienced Addysg Cwtch Advisor, covering Conwy County, to join our team and support the delivery of the Addysg Cwtch programme – a transformative, whole-school approach to Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE).

The Addysg Cwtch Project is a national initiative led by Stori Wales to embed a whole-school approach to Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) across all primary and secondary schools in Wales. The project supports the emotional wellbeing, resilience, and empathy of children and young people by promoting healthy, respectful relationships based on mutual trust.

As a Schools Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the consistent and confident delivery of RSE in your local authority area. You will work directly with schools, RSE Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the RSE curriculum is embedded across all six Areas of Learning and Experience in the Curriculum for Wales.

As a Addysg Cwtch Advisor you’ll be a part of a supportive, ambitious team committed to equity, wellbeing and lifelong learning. We offer a collaborative working culture, ongoing professional development and make lasting differences in the lives of children and people across Wales.

This role is subject to an Enhanced (Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
