We’re Hiring – Welfare & Wellbeing Support Officer

One Nation is looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Welfare & Wellbeing Support Officer.

In this rewarding role, you will support vulnerable individuals within the community by building positive one-to-one relationships, conducting home and community visits, providing practical and emotional support, and helping people access services that improve their wellbeing and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Supporting service users through home and community visits
✅ Building trust and positive relationships
✅ Assisting individuals experiencing isolation or welfare-related challenges
✅ Promoting wellbeing, social inclusion, and community engagement
✅ Supporting day care activities and community programmes
✅ Maintaining accurate records and working with partner organisations

We’re looking for someone who is:✔ Caring, patient, and compassionate
✔ A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
✔ Passionate about helping people and making a difference
✔ Experienced in community, charity, welfare, or support work (desirable)
