Boss Waste Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for hardworking and reliable Waste Labourers to join our growing team immediately.
This is a hands-on role working across London, Essex, and Kent, carrying out domestic and commercial waste collections, site clearances, fly-tip removals, and vegetation clearance works.
You will be working alongside our drivers and clearance teams in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Duties Will Include:
- Assisting drivers and teams with waste collections and removals
- Loading and unloading waste safely and efficiently
- Domestic and commercial waste clearances
- Site clearances and fly-tip removals
- Vegetation clearance works
- Assisting teams on major clearance and demolition-related projects
- Using hand tools and equipment where required
- Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Working safely and professionally on live sites and public areas
Requirements:
- Physically fit and healthy due to the manual nature of the role
- Must be over 18 due to insurance requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work early starts and long days when required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- CSCS card beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience in waste management, construction, labouring, landscaping, removals, or similar industries preferred
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Overtime frequently available

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day
