Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and warehouse optimisation. The successful candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and experience with various warehouse management systems, contributing to process improvement and efficient materials handling across our facilities. This is a paid position suitable for individuals with a background in logistics, warehouse experience, or supply chain management.

Duties

• Oversee category management to optimise inventory levels and product categorisation within the warehouse.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Utilise transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor logistics operations.
• Manage data entry and analysis using ERP systems such as AS400 to support supply chain decision-making.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline distribution processes.
• Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs within warehouse operations.
• Supervise materials handling activities, including picking & packing, using forklift trucks where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, and shipping documentation.
• Assist in developing strategies for supply chain optimisation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of category management, process improvement methodologies, and logistics principles.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400, and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and managing shipping & receiving operations.
• Skills in materials handling equipment operation, including forklift trucks (certification preferred).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, including picking & packing procedures.
