This is an active role – you will need to be on your feet through service times.
Supporting your head waiters through shift

Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
Quick thinking able to problem solve and show initiative.
Ability to carry heavy trays filled with glassware/food.
Basic math skills.
Great attention to detail.
