About the role
Winston Way Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Vice Principal (Teaching, Learning & Curriculum) to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious, values-driven leader who is passionate about driving excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum design and improving outcomes for all pupils.
Working closely with the Principal and Vice Principal for Inclusion, you will lead the strategic development of high-quality pedagogy, curriculum coherence, assessment, and professional learning across the academy. You will play a central role in shaping a culture of high expectations, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every child benefits from an ambitious and inclusive curriculum.
