Job Title: Delivery Driver

Monday to Friday & every other Saturday.

We are an independent motor factor established in 2020, built on years of industry experience. With successful depots already in place, we are now opening a new branch in Caerphilly and are looking for motivated individuals to be part of our next stage.

LMF Motor Factors are an independent run business. We are a stockist of vehicle parts and accessories who will advise and sell products to Main Dealerships, independently owned garages as well as directly to the general public.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Automotive Van Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring automotive parts and products are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition.

Brief description of the role: You will be responsible for driving a company van, loading and unloading deliveries, and providing friendly, professional service to our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment.

Full time position Monday-Friday with a Saturday Rota

Report to: Branch Manager, Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and products to customers, workshops, and suppliers
• Load and unload the van safely and efficiently
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Carry out basic vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, oil, cleanliness)
• Maintain delivery paperwork or digital records accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
• Follow all road safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Full, valid driving licence (clean or minimal points preferred)
• Previous delivery driving experience is an advantage (but not essential)
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Smart appearance and professional presentation
• Works with integrity and in the interest of the company

Experience:

• Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)
