A high-growth fintech transforming modern banking infrastructure is looking for a commercially driven Treasury Analyst to join its expanding Treasury function.
This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible role across liquidity, funding, balance sheet optimisation, and IRRBB within a fast-scaling digital banking environment. You’ll partner closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, FP&A, and Data teams to support strategic decision-making and drive treasury innovation through analytics and automation.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s treasury and balance sheet strategy, delivering insight across liquidity risk, funding, hedging, and interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB).
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily liquidity monitoring, cash positioning, and funding activities
- Supporting ALM and balance sheet management initiatives
- Delivering IRRBB analysis including gap analysis, stress testing, and NII/EVE sensitivity modelling
- Producing treasury MI, forecasting, and regulatory reporting
- Analysing deposit behaviour, product pricing, and funding trends
- Supporting liquidity stress testing, contingency funding planning, and regulatory requirements including LCR and NSFR
- Enhancing treasury analytics, dashboards, and automation using SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Treasury functions
About You
- Experience within Treasury, ALM, Liquidity Risk, Balance Sheet Management, or Market Risk
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, IRRBB, FTP, and treasury risk frameworks
- Knowledge of Basel III, PRA, and broader regulatory expectations
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Exposure to SQL, Python, VBA, or treasury systems preferred
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced fintech or digital banking environment
