Duties

• Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and holiday packages tailored to their preferences and budgets
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local attractions
• Manage reservations efficiently using specialised booking systems and maintain accurate client records
• Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face consultations
• Organise travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed and documented correctly
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination information
• Collaborate with suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols where applicable

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in using booking software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel regulations is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
