Responsible for managing time-critical AOG shipments, ensuring rapid response and delivery of aircraft parts to minimise downtime. Operating in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, coordinating global logistics solutions across air, road, and courier networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AOG shipments from initial request through to final delivery
- Respond immediately to AOG calls/emails, often outside standard working hours
- Arrange urgent air freight solutions, including:
- Next Flight Out (NFO)
- Onboard Courier (OBC)
- Air charter services
- Coordinate time-critical road transport for airport collections and final delivery
- Provide high-level, 24/7 customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with aerospace clients
- Deliver clear, timely communication throughout shipment lifecycle
