We are currently working in partnership with a tenant managed organisation in East London, who are recruiting for a Tenancy Officer on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start as soon as possible. The salary on offer is circa £39,000.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in providing neighbourhood management services.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing housing management on a patch of approximately 400 homes
- Assisting with the voids process, reducing the backlog – especially in times of death when there is no next of kin
- Tackling anti-social behaviour and working with multi-agency teams
Experience required:
- Working with tenants in a challenging front-line service
- Visting customers in their homes
Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 9am-5pm
