Temporary Receptionist job at Uxbridge Full Time

We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to work with our clients in Uxbridge and surrounding areas.

You will need to have reception/office experience and be immediately available.

Daily duties will be as follows:

• Manage reception area and ensure a welcoming, and efficient environment for our visitors and staff.
• Book in visitors, issue passes, and ensure visitors are informed of available services/refreshments.
• Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls whilst handling any general inquiries.
• Booking travel arrangements
• Maintain meeting rooms, ordering refreshments.
• Process all incoming mail and deliveries; receive, sort, and distribute. Prepare outgoing mail.
• Assist the wider team with additional duties as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• This role will require proven experience as a receptionist or in similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly with visitors and callers.
• Efficient in managing multiple tasks and administrative duties simultaneously.
• Competence with office software, visitor booking systems, and basic PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
