Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Minute Taker? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re seeking a Minute Taker to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis starting ASAP. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to impactful meetings and discussions in the engineering sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Be sent recordings of meetings and accurately document discussions and decisions.
- Summarize key points, action items, and assigned responsibilities.
- Distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in minute-taking and administrative roles.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with engineering terminology is a plus!
