We are looking for a proactive, technically proficient individual to help support the day-to-day running of the Park’s extensive IT systems and software. As the UK’s leading theme park, our IT infrastructure is critical to the smooth and efficient running of our entire business.

This is a hands-on role within an environment like no other! No two days will be the same, and you will work with a wide variety of technologies that support all areas of our operation.

The Role In this position, you will balance technical problem-solving, infrastructure support, and project delivery, allowing you to utilize the full range of your skills. You will:

Work with both generic and bespoke systems.

Act as the first point of contact for technical support issues.

Liaise with external third parties for ongoing support and resolution. (Please see the below job description for a more detailed breakdown of the role.)

About You The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience working in an IT support environment (preferably delivering in-person support).

The ability to solve technical problems in a quick, efficient manner.

A track record of delivering IT projects to a high standard.

Flexibility for Shift Work: You will work 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis (including weekends and bank holidays) and participate in an on-call rota for remote support. Flexibility is also required for maintenance works that must be completed outside of normal trading hours.
