Team Member — Flip Out Watford — Summer 2026 (July–September)

We’re Flip Out Watford — Hertfordshire’s biggest and best indoor adventure park. And right now, we’re building our summer team.

If you’re looking for your first job, or want to pick up extra shifts over summer, this could be the perfect fit. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you from scratch — all we need is your energy and personality.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the face of Flip Out Watford, making sure every guest — from toddlers to teenagers — has the time of their life. You’ll work across the whole park, including:

• Reception — welcoming guests and processing payments
• Activity areas — running safety briefings and keeping the energy high
• The Diner — serving food and drinks
• Parties — helping make birthdays unforgettable

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, confident, and great with kids
• Fun, lively and outgoing — you love to get stuck in
• Reliable and organised, with a great attitude
• A real team player who thrives when it’s busy
• Able to stay upbeat even on the busiest days

No experience needed — just the right personality. We provide all the training.

The practical stuff

• Zero-hour contract — shifts to suit you, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Shifts typically 4–8 hours
• We’re flexible and happy to work around school or college commitments
• Applicants must be aged 16 or over

Rates of Pay

• 16–17 year olds: £8.00/hr
• 18–20 year olds: £10.85/hr
• 21+: £12.71/hr
