Are you passionate about great coffee and even better company? Victoria’s Coffee Lounge is a brand-new independent business opening its doors in the heart of Mansfield Woodhouse, and we are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable people to help us build something special from the ground up.

At Victoria’s, we believe the atmosphere behind the counter is just as important as the atmosphere in the lounge. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team. We’re creating a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment where our staff actually enjoy coming to work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cafe/customer service setting as well as barista skills. Will be demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment as well as supporting your co-workers.

Duties

• Crafting high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks to a professional standard (latte art is a bonus!).
• Providing a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
• Assisting with food prep, serving our selection of cakes and light bites.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment.
• Working as part of a tight-knit team to make Victoria’s the go-to spot in Woodhouse.

What We’re Looking For

• The Hustle: Ability to stay calm and efficient during the peak periods.
• The Reliability: Someone who shows up on time and is ready to support their teammates.
• The Experience: At least 2 Years previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred additionally any food hygiene certificates (level 1, 2 and 3) are a bonus however we will be offering this within your employment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, professional, and diplomatic approach when dealing with customers and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in busy environments.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality service.
