Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming skills, ensuring their safety while promoting confidence and enjoyment in the water.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging swimming lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
• Educate students on proper swimming techniques and water safety practices.
• Conduct individual and group lessons, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet their needs.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching swimming is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Knowledge of water safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work well with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Certification in lifeguarding or first aid is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for swimming and teaching others how to swim effectively.
