Supervisor job at London Full Time

We are a dynamic property management company operating across the UK, delivering high-quality maintenance, cleaning, and gardening services to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Ukrainian Supervisor to join us. This position can be based in the UK or fully remote from Ukraine, with coordination of UK-based handymen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and gardening jobs across properties in the UK.
• Communicate effectively with both Ukrainian and English-speaking teams, clients, and contractors.
• Manage a reliable network of handymen, gardeners, and cleaning professionals in the UK.
• Schedule and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Report job progress and any issues to the management team promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards during all operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native or fluent in Ukrainian and good English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing maintenance or property services teams.
• Strong network of handymen, gardeners, or cleaning professionals in the UK.
• Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Professional, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous experience in property management or facilities supervision in the UK.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations for maintenance work.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or basic reporting software.
