About the role:

Join Ipsos, one of the world’s foremost research companies, as a Senior Research Executive in the Syndicated Healthcare division. You will leverage your expertise in managing nuanced research projects, collaborating closely with pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and medical device clients. In this versatile role, you will oversee the entire research journey—from proposal to insightful delivery—bringing together our distinctive blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Work within a skilled team dedicated to excellence and innovation, where your strategic insights will truly make a difference in the healthcare sector. Develop and nurture client relationships, contribute to business development, and guide junior staff in a supportive, collaborative environment.

About you:

Essential skills:

• Proven track record of managing complex market research projects in the healthcare sector
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research expertise
• Proficiency in AI tools for research innovation
• Passionate about healthcare and client-centric solutions
• Experience with oncology or broader healthcare industries
• Strong project management capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Skilled in guiding and developing junior team members
• Advanced Microsoft Office and research software skills
• Comfortable with travel for client engagement activities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable skills:

• Client-facing experience in supplier side research, ideally in Syndicated Healthcare.
• Knowledge of SPSS or similar analytical tools
