Job Description:
Chatterbug is an innovative Social Enterprise providing high-quality, evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy services across the UK. Job Responsibility:
- Plan, develop, and deliver effective, evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy services across private clinics, schools, YJS and community-based settings
- Contribute to high standards of professional practice and safe service delivery
- Ensure positive outcomes for children and young people
- Contribute to the assessment and diagnosis of children and young people with a variety of Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Provide professional support to students, apprentices, and SLT Assistants
- Represent the organisation at local and national levels
- Work flexibly across locations
- Contribute to service development and organisational initiatives alongside core clinical work
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs
- Experience working within education, clinic, or community settings (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical reasoning and caseload management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- Membership of RCSLT (or willingness to maintain)
- Professional, reliable, and confident in your practice
