Job Description:
We are a vibrant primary special school in West Sussex catering to pupils (aged 4-11) with complex learning needs. Every child at our school has an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP), and we pride ourselves on providing a highly personalised curriculum that meets them exactly where they are. We don’t just teach; we celebrate achievement across the four key areas of need: Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction, Sensory and Physical Development, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).
Job Responsibility:
- Supporting pupils in small groups tailored to their social and learning needs
- Implementing personalised learning plans to keep pupils challenged and motivated
- Assisting with the use of our specialist resources
- Providing a safe, nurturing environment where every small victory is celebrated
