• Primary focus: Solution Architect (architecture-led role)

• Strong solution architecture experience (primary skillset)
• Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions
• Comfortable interpreting and guiding software development teams

Software Development Background

• Deep understanding of software development (hands-on background essential)
• Must have previously worked at a low-level / detailed engineering level
• Not required to actively code, but must credibly challenge and guide developers

Broad, multi-stack exposure including:

• .NET ecosystem
• Databases (relational + NoSQL e.g. Elastic)
• Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
