Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic Team Members to join our soft play facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences for children and families.

As a Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, ensuring every visit is memorable, enjoyable, and stress-free for our customers.

Our facility has a range of activities across multiple age groups and various moving parts from an operational perspective, ensuring that every day is a new but exciting challenge.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and engage customers with a friendly, positive attitude

· Supervise children in the soft play area to ensure safety at all times

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility

· Assist with birthday parties and special events, including setup and hosting

· Assist with co-ordinating & managing groups on our Laser Tag & other such activities

· Operate front desk duties such as check-ins, bookings, and payments

· Support café or refreshment areas if applicable

· Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

· Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

· Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding procedures

· Physically capable of moving around the play area and performing light cleaning duties

Skills & Experience

Essential:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong teamwork and work ethic

· Willingness to work weekends, school holidays, and peak times

Desirable (but not essential):

· Previous experience in customer service, childcare, hospitality, or leisure

· Experience working with children

· First Aid or safeguarding training (training can be provided)
