We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team, specialising in construction and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will need experience working with hand tools and power tools. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects including gardening, building maintenance and site upkeep. Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mowing, and general garden care
• Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools.
• Support construction activities by preparing sites, digging trenches, and assisting with material handling
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during site operations
• Assist in the installation of horticultural features and garden layouts
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments is preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is desirable
• Previous work involving gardening or horticulture will be considered a plus
• Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings
• Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction and landscaping sites
• A valid PERSON (or equivalent) certification or qualification related to construction is beneficial but not essential
