Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team, specialising in stonemasonry construction, The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical experience with hand and power tools, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in masonry and lime mortars within a supportive environment. All positions full time
Responsibilities
- Assisting masons in walling indenting pitching and various other works
- Pointing and use of lime mortars
- Using hand tools and power tools to carry out construction and repair tasks
- Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, and organisation of materials on-site
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machinery such as excavators is advantageous
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- cscs card essential and driving license preferred
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
