Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic Salary + £60,000–£70,000 OTE

Additional Benefits: £2,500 Car Allowance + £40,000 Guaranteed Earnings for First 3 Months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and established estate agency in the heart of Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert local market advice.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcomes.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• 5-day working week
• Day off in lieu provided for Saturdays worked
