Salary: Up to £35,000 basic, OTE £60,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm (half day in lieu)

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency in Ruislip.
This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and play a key part in driving instructions, valuations, and overall branch performance.
You will be a strong lister, confident in winning business, and able to support the wider team in achieving results.
The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the branch while remaining heavily focused on valuations, winning instructions, and generating new business.
This is a hands-on, front-end role where you will lead by example, drive activity, and contribute directly to the branch’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
Driving new business generation and increasing market share
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Supporting the sales team to achieve targets and performance levels
Managing your own pipeline from instruction through to completion
Providing expert advice on pricing and local market conditions
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Experience Required
Previous experience within Estate Agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager level
Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
Confident valuer with strong local market knowledge
Driven, target-focused and commercially aware
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence and own car
