We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Administration Manager who can take ownership of our healthcare operations strategy and administrative performance. You will not simply manage schedules and processes; you will lead operational improvements that directly enhance patient experiences and organizational efficiency. You will oversee administrative teams, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and bridge the gap between executive leadership and day-to-day healthcare operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Operations Management
Lead and oversee daily healthcare administrative operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor administrative staff, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development across departments.
Process Improvement
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements that enhance productivity, patient support, and service quality.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting standards.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, executive leadership, vendors, and support teams to maintain smooth operational performance across facilities.
Resource Planning
Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, budgeting support, and healthcare resource allocation to meet operational demands effectively.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare operations, or medical office management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or supervisory role.
Leadership Skills
Strong experience managing administrative teams, improving operational workflows, and driving organizational performance in healthcare environments.
Communication
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and leadership levels.
Technical Knowledge
Experience using healthcare administration systems, operational reporting tools, and digital workflow platforms.
Problem Solving
You are proactive, organized, and capable of balancing operational efficiency with patient-centered service delivery.
Mindset
You are adaptable and solutions-oriented. You understand when to optimize existing systems and when to implement new operational strategies to support long-term growth.
Pay: £5,700.00-£6,000.00 per month
