Ideal Candidate Profile
You are likely a high-performing Strategic Account Director, Enterprise Account Executive or Customer Success leader from a technology consulting, staffing, workforce transformation, enterprise learning or hire-train-deploy environment.
You have experience selling into Banking and Financial Services clients, growing complex enterprise accounts and operating with senior technology and executive stakeholders.
You bring strong commercial drive, consultative sales capability and a “hunter within farming” mentality — capable of turning existing enterprise relationships into significantly larger strategic accounts.
This is not a passive account management role.
The business requires a strategic commercial operator capable of growing sophisticated enterprise banking accounts through consultative engagement, stakeholder mapping and expansion-led account strategy.
You will inherit and develop strategic Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Services accounts, operating directly with senior technology and executive stakeholders across large, complex banking organisations.

Essential Experience:
• Strong experience selling into Banking / Financial Services organisations
• Experience within consulting, staffing, graduate programmes, technology training, workforce transformation or hire-train-deploy environments
• Background within technology products, technology services or technology skills businesses
• Experience growing sophisticated enterprise accounts
• Comfortable operating in long consultative sales cycles
• Strong commercial instinct with a “hunter within farming” mentality
• Executive-level communication skills
