Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with the public, campaigning for our selected charities, and driving sales growth across various areas. The Sales Representative will play a key part in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service for our campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive conversation with customers.
• Grow an understanding of what our goals are and providing tailored solutions to reach them.
• Grow confident in presentation, negotiation and closing of deals.
• Be able to learn the use of our systems to make sales quicker and easier for both you and the customer
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaigns including ongoing trends to inform sales strategies
• Execute sales visits, including travelling to client locations as necessary
• Discuss detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

• An ability to be able to work outdoors if needed.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Valid driving licence OR the ability to travel regularly to client sites through public transport.
• Proficiency in IT such as handling customer forms is ideal.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• A professional demeanour
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
